How can we help?

Email support@veyntaralabs.com about installing, permissions, a finding that looks wrong or anything else. A real person replies, and we aim to reply within one business day.

Security issues: to report a vulnerability or a suspected security incident in any Veyntara app, email support@veyntaralabs.com with "Security" in the subject. We acknowledge security reports within one business day.

License Optimizer install guide

  1. Install. Open the production install link (or the sandbox link), log in as a Salesforce admin and choose Install for Admins Only.
  2. Open the app. In the App Launcher, open License Optimizer. Salesforce admins need no permission set or other setup.
  3. Run a scan. On the dashboard, click Run scan. It reads license counts, last logins and license assignments, and usually finishes in a few minutes.
  4. Add your prices (optional). In Settings, pick your currency and enter a discount, your own prices, or paste lines from your order form, so findings show savings.
  5. Act in Setup. Each finding links to the right Salesforce Setup page. Your admin makes every change; the app never changes users or records.

To share results with people who aren't admins, assign them the License Optimizer Viewer permission set (and Export if they should download reports). Settings has a "Who can use License Optimizer" card with links to each one.

Frequently asked

Will it change my users?

No. It only reads. Changes happen in Salesforce Setup, by your admin.

Does any data leave my org?

No. The app makes no callouts and uses no external servers. Everything stays in your Salesforce org.

Why does a frozen user still count?

Freezing blocks login but keeps the license assigned. Deactivate the user to free it.

Where do the prices come from?

From you first: your own prices or discount. Otherwise an estimate from public list prices, always labelled as an estimate. The app never looks prices up online.

Does deactivating save money now?

Usually not mid-contract. Savings land at your renewal, when you buy fewer licenses. The renewal plan shows how many.

How do I uninstall it?

Setup → Installed Packages → License Optimizer → Uninstall. The app's own data (scans, findings, prices) is removed with it.
